I know this has happened to you…
A friend is suffering from a similar type of pain that you are… let’s pretend it’s back pain.
She ends up coming into my office and experiences great results… her back pain is ‘miraculously’ cured… and she is VERY excited by that.
She tells you what happened and that you should try going to see me as well… so you decide to do so…
The only problem… you DON’T have the same results as she does, in fact, not even close.
And you wonder… what gives?
How can Life By Design Chiropractic work for your friend and NOT work for you?
The good news is that I know the answer.
The bad news is that you might not like the answer.
The short answer is you have to meet ALL of your requirements for health…
At Life By Design we have identified 4 most important requirements for health that you MUST meet:
- A healthy brain and spinal cord… one free from nerve interference.
- Nutrients (protein, fat, micronutrients)
- Movement (mobility, strength, conditioning)
- Thoughts (Having a conscious philosophy, a purpose and participating in goal directed behaviour)
But there is a problem with this...
The problem is that an absence of even one of these requirements is not going to allow you to be as healthy as you want to be (and were designed to be).
For example, your friend that came into see me had a very UNHEALTHY brain and spinal cord… that was the major requirement that she was missing… so I applied the Life By Design Chiropractic Method to her and she fulfilled her major requirement. As a result her body got healthy enough that it could heal and her back pain went away…
For you… maybe the major requirement is DIFFERENT…
For example we know that the majority of physical pain that people experience is caused by poor mobility… maybe your major requirement that you need to fulfill is something other than an optimal connection between your brain and body.
But, keep this in mind…
Just because your back pain is not ‘getting better’ does not mean that getting your chiropractic check-up is not doing something really good for you, it is.
Every time you fulfill any of the requirements of your body… it’s always a good thing. And required if you want to achieve maximal health.
My hope for this post is that it serves as a reminder to just keep moving forward… the more requirements you meet the healthier and healthier you will become.
Now it's your turn! Which requirement do you feel, once addressed, will make the biggest difference in your health?
